BME PR Pros has officially evolved into The Pros Collective. While the name has changed, the mission remains the same: championing Black, Asian, Mixed Race, and Ethnic Minority pros. Since 2017, we’ve been rooting for talented pros get the careers they deserve and for the industry to benefit from their talent.
The Pros Collective serves as the unified home for several industry-leading initiatives including: The Blueprint (the definitive diversity mark); The Pros Awards (celebrating excellence and representation) and The Xec. (the high-impact leadership scheme for the next generation of leaders).
